So I've been married for three months (give or take a week) and I realized last week that since our wedding I have not had any down time. It's been grad school, the wedding, the bridal show, work, more school, planning a party, doing research for my dissertation, writing lesson plans, another event, attending bridal shows, driving from NJ to Baltimore (more times than I can count), tabletop competitions, networking events . . .Bah . . .Bah . . .Bah. In all this choas I have not given my house a thorough cleaning in like four months (hey don't think I'm living in a Pig Pen- My hubbie is a neat freak so the junk has been kept to a minimum). What I mean is I've been living out of laundry bags and unpacked suitcases, because I don't have the time to fold clothes and put them away. As I was packing for my Spring Break trip and I had an epiphany- "If I had a souped out closet my life would be so much easier!" Now with most things in life nothing is as simple as it seems. My problem is that every room in my house has at least two big windows, so I am unable to get my ultra fabulous closet like the celebrities. I guarantee my next house will have a 20' x 20' window less room for me to design my closet.
