Onida attended Penn State University, completing her Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. From undergrad she made the move to New Jersey to be with her fiance and began boot camp to be a NYC public school teacher. After four years in the belly of the beast she is now a high school mathematics teacher with a Master's degree from City College in Secondary Education- Math. Currently she is working toward her Doctorate in Education. In hopes of obtaining this degree in the Summer of 2009.

Aside from teaching Onida's other full-time career is as an Event Planner. Never one to settle for one thing, she pursues both of her passions (teaching and Event Management) with equal zeal and thirst for learning innovative ideas.

Documents & Designs

For my recent June 14th wedding, I used the creative designs of Documents & Designs to create the escort cards and table numbers. The bride and groom wanted a creative way to name their 6 guests' tables. I gave them the idea of naming the tables after the six places that had special meaning to them. Below is design created by D & D.

The couple's colors where purple and green.

Eventfully Yours,

Wonderful Wedding Quotes

On my wedding thank you cards, program, and website I used  quotes to convey my thoughts and feeling about marriage to our guests. Often I see couples use a quote from their favorite author written on each page of their custom guest book, on place cards, and even on table numbers. Here is a list of some of my favorites.

Enjoy!!

Two souls with but a single thought,
Two heart that beat as one.
